Deposits, Cancellations, Missed/late appointment policy
Booking Fee / Deposit may be required, to secure your appointment. this is non-refundable from 48 hours prior to your appointment start time.
We require 48 Hours cancellation/reschedule notice. After this time, you will incur a fee relatable to the price of your appointment payable before we can secure a new appointment, or you will also lose any deposits paid.
Missed appointments:Will be required to pay a fee starting at 50% of the priced of the service missed before any future bookings can be made. A deposit may also be required to secure a new reservation.
If you miss 3 or moreappointments, you will be required to pay the full amount of the service you missed plus the full amount of the service you would like to schedule at the time of booking.
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment and have not spoken to your stylist, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and the missed appointment policy will come into play.
Please note, all stylists are self-employed, and any missed appointments or late cancellations result in them with gaps they are unable to fill, meaning they cannot earn a living.
